  They were very busy-typical Saturday morning, so service was a bit slow. Everyone was professional and polite. Coffee was great!

  Stopped by today on my way out of town. I was the only customer in the restaurant and it still took almost 10 minutes to get 2 teas and 2 bagels. Could have been due to the fact of the one lady serving me (she took my order, made my bagels, AND made my tea) while 3 other staff members chatted by the drive thru window without a customer for the majority of my visit. I definitely will not be returning to this location. I will drive out of my way next time I am in Strathroy just to get my Timmy's fix. It doesn't even deserve one star. This isn't the first experience I've had like this... worst Tim Horton's I've been to!!

  On Dec 7 at 11:20 pm I Came through the drive through and ordered a peppermint mocha latte and a large 2milk 1 sugar the gentleman stated that it was 3.95. I knew it was not correct. I drove up to the window and stated that I didn't think it was that total. It should be more. The gentleman at the window stated that he was new and was not sure how to ring it up. He then asked a lady thay was working with him how to do it correctly. She came over to the window and looked at the screen and asked if I was wanting a cafe latte with a shot of peppermint. I stated no it was a peppermint mocha latte. She when said out loud I don't need this attitude. I was not giving her any attitude just stating what I wanted to order. Not really happy with her comment out loud to a coworker and in front of a customer at the counter who heard what she said. Just wanted to let you know not all impressed with her and how she it showing what your Tim Hortons treat their customer.
