  This place is way too expensive I find the prices at a Best Buy or future shop or better maybe the people are Strathroy because of the fact they don't have to drive far to get these types of awesome equipment for their house still paying arm and a leg better to buy online.

  This place is terrible. Bought a TV with 4 year warranty. TV screen stopped working and brought it back then they gave it back saying it was fixed but behind the screen was cracked from some sort of blunt force when they gave it to us and we brought it back the next day and they wouldn't cover it. All they offered was the warranty money back as an in store credit. Safe to say I will never go there again and will not tell anyone else to go there.

  We have been dealing with Strathroy Audio Video for years,.....and had nothing but excellent service and prices with their ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING,.....it is definately better than any big box store!!!! Full service at an unbeatable cost means everything, especially when you can call them,......and they answer the phone!!!! BEST STORE AROUND!!!!!
