  Each time I have gone to Staples to purchase or print I find the Staff at the Strathroy Location to be friendly, very helpful and easy to locate for help..

  I have a dear senior citizen Uncle who is not completely computer literate. I hate when he goes to Staples because they see him only as an opportunity to make money. His printer was out of ink and he bought a new cartridge. The printer still didn't print. Instead of going thru some basic trouble shooting, the associate told him his 1 year old printer was probably broken and he needed to buy a new one. What actually turned out to be the case? It was just not plugged in. I do not like him shopping at a store that is always trying to take his money instead of just helping him. Don't get me started on the fiasco of his computer class that the store talked him into buying from them for his new laptop. The "instructor" didn't know the first thing about how to work Windows 10. My poor Uncle was out over $300 and still didn't know more than how to turn his laptop on. Shame on you, Staples.

  Went in for a computer monitor. I was greeted at the door and they directed a sales associate to help us. Found what we needed. In and out in 10 minutes. Perfect.
