The company culture here is flawed, the staff have pressure from both the patients who occasionally get upset about frustrating situations AND the executive team who encourages "firing" patients over compassionate care.

Not sure how to rate a medical clinic - it's clean. They have an after hours clinic at 5 where they draw numbers out of a hat.

My wife has a rare disease which requires special care, we occasionally need blood tests on an as needed basis, and today we are turned away by the clinic, ignoring a life threatening health concern.

Cause and effect would suggest that the problem is not the patients. Maybe the clinic can provide communication training to the staff so they can act proactively to defuse volatile situations rather than escalate situations to the point where someone throws a cup of coffee at the staff, as I was told by this doctor had happened in the past.

However, this business needs to properly train staff on compassionate communication and understanding to defuse potentially volatile confrontations rather than take a "zero tolerance" policy which encourages clinic employees to be defensive, stoic and agnostic towards patients.

Is highly recommend the management read "How To Win Friends And Influence People" for a refresher on how to run a supremely successful business with a positive community profile that can also prevent costumers from having outbursts.

It must be hard to run a clinic like this. They are underfunded AND patients have an entitlement mindset.

lost applications , no follow up

In our meeting, I discovered the clinic is run like a factory with a profit mentality by someone who acts more like an inner city high school principal than a care provider.

Changing from 5 stars to 2 stars after a bizarre meeting with one of the partners of this clinic.

You can't call to make an appointment, it must be done online. This is new to me and incredibly inconvenient. Once you have made the online booking, it must be reviewed and accepted by clinic staff in order for the appointment to be scheduled. The earliest appointment which could be booked in my case was eleven days from my request. You also have to give a description of your ailment online, which personally, I'd rather disclose that to my doctor rather than administration staff who will ultimately reject or accept my appointment request.

And then there's this...what if you aren't computer savvy or don't have the internet, or are unable to use a computer for other reasons? How does one get an appointment in this case? It's a terrible system and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this.

I was told by a partner physician that they experience a higher than normal amount of verbally or physically abusive patients, and thus they don't believe patients over staff.

I received more efficient and better treatment here than any time I've been treated in London I found the staff very friendly. Parking rates are very fair
