  Canceled trip to Jamaica due to state of Emergency.. went here to possibly book another short notice. The woman working made it clear multiple times she had to leave in an hour an a half( which I get we all have plans) but while deciding where and when and jumping from place to place. We were confusing what place costed what and she constantly sighed and rolled her eyes at us. When we questioned regarding medical insurance prices, she would answer “ well I don’t know do u want it?” I’m slightly anxious about booking trips and her attitude, time limit made my anxiety worse. Any question regarding trip she rolled her eyes or sighed loudly. Then when I told her about my cancelation to Jamaica she gave her input stating “ we were told it was an advisory, and you can still go there”, I then told her our travel insurance clearly told me they will not cover us if we go. She then stated “ well depending on your insurance you may not get your money back”... that is not her department or her decision. Will never return here nor recommend .

  Booked both New Years cruise and hotel/parking package at embarkation port through this agency. We had an idea of what we wanted and when we went in to inquire all cruise/hotel/insurance options were clearly explained and in our case our agent was even able to find lower rate than we had seen online through the cruiseline. When we picked up our documents before we travelled everything was prepared and ready to go and again we received a thorough explanation of all the documents. The great service we received here was the start of what turned out to be a fantastic journey. Highly recommend and hoping we will be booking something again soon!
