  After being in a not at fault accident, our front door was pretty disastrous. We went through insurance so having everything covered was nice but the customer service provided at carstar was amazing. Being from the GTA my husband and I are used to uptight snobbish mechanics and representatives in this field but the whole team was pleasant and did a PERFECT job painting our door. Couldn't be happier. Even gave our little babe a carstar plushie lol. Will definitely recommend them and be going back to fix our other door.

  I can't say enough about the service I received at Strathroy Carstar Collision. I was in an accident, and when I arrived at the shop they had a rental waiting for me. Josh came outside in the rain to help me take out and install my car seats (twice). Not only did they fix the damage, but also detailed the van. I highly recommend them.

  Gave both my children plushies when we picked the car up. Made the car look like the accident never happened in a week! Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

  Can't say enough good things about this place. Stopped in there today at the recommendation of a friend to get a quote for some damage expecting it to be $500+ . Josh came out, told me not to worry and had it buffed out and looking shiny again 5 minutes later! It's so nice and rare to leave a business feeling good these days, had to post about it.

  This place is great obviously it's expensive but you need to pay if you want excellent work done they fixed my car up real nice thanks guys
