  Unfortunately I had quality issues with a ring I purchased from Poags; it happens. Jim and his team worked with their supplier to quickly present me with several great solutions to the problem and we had a fix by the end of the day. A bad situation turned into a pleasant and easy experience. I have purchased several products from Poags and the service has always been fantastic.

  I am a huge fan of Poags! I have been a costumer there for 10 years and am always happy with their product, prices and costumer service! My husband had a family engagement ring redone there and they did a fabulous job. They made custom wedding bands for us and did a wonderful job making my two unique rings fit together so beautifully.

  I’ve been visiting Poags for over a decade now! Since their wonderful first impression and work on my wife’s engagement ring. We came back for our wedding bands and wedding party favours/engraving... I’ve been back many times over the years now for cleaning our rings and other special occasions gifts.
